Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our client's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Conduct internal audits and quality inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to evaluate and analyze suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Manage budgets and drive improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Review and report on corrective action and non-conformity reporting for all areas
  • Work closely with the HSE team to monitor health and safety risks and hazards in the workplace
  • Develop and deliver QHSE induction and training programs to promote awareness and compliance

Requirements:

  • Qualification in a relevant subject related to engineering or manufacturing (BSc or higher)
  • Previous experience in a similar Quality Management role with a track record of driving continuous quality improvement
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, COSHH, NGC, GC3, IOSH, First Aid at Work, Fire Warden, ESD, ISO9001 QMS Internal auditing
