About Us:
Multibrands International is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, challenging the market with our own brand offerings. With over 25 years of experience, we have established a strong presence in central Bradford, with dedicated office spaces in China and India.
We are now expanding our presence in the electronic and health & beauty industries with the introduction of two new brands and a range of exciting products. This is an exciting time to join our team and be a part of our growth journey.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base through effective cold calling and database management.
- You will work closely with our sales colleagues to identify and qualify leads, and close sales opportunities whenever possible.
- You will be responsible for organizing call-back diaries and updating our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- You will help grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads, contributing to the growth of our business.
About You:
- You will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role, with a proven track record of success.
- You will be enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious, with a strong desire to succeed and grow with our company.
