We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the provision of nursing care to level 1, level 2, and level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Patients.
- Participate in the management of the Neonatal Unit, demonstrating sound organizational skills.
- Assist with budgetary control at ward level.
- Provide an environment conducive to the education of all staff.
- Support senior and junior staff effectively.
