We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Import Specialist to join our team at Sure Exec Search. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating air and sea import shipments from global origins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipments: Coordinate air and sea import shipments from global origins
  • Manage collections: Organize collections with selected transport companies
  • Effective liaison: Communicate with senders and receivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services
  • Documentation: Handle import documentation accurately
  • Customs clearance: Manage customs clearance and entries within the customs system

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in sea and air import operations
  • Possesses knowledge and experience of customs procedures and documentation
