As a Victim Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to victims and witnesses of crime. You will build strong, trusting relationships with individuals who have experienced trauma, offering both practical and emotional assistance.
Your primary responsibility will be to empower victims by guiding them through the recovery process. This involves understanding their unique needs, risks, and circumstances to tailor a personalized support plan.
