Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Travail Employment Group. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by maintaining accurate and efficient financial records, processing sales ledger invoices, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales ledger and accounts
  • Process sales ledger invoices and reconcile accounts
  • Issue monthly statements and deal with invoice queries
  • Produce reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Assist with monthly and annual audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reconcile accounts and chase payments to minimize outstanding debts
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and liaise with third-party companies as needed
  • Administer contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a finance or accounts team, preferably with AAT qualifications
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with a good head for numbers and attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
