Position: Mid-Market Account Executive
Location: London
About the Company:
A leading entity in the UK Construction Technology sector, collaborating with a significant portion of Tier 1 Contractors.
Provider of innovative Construction Management Software as a Service (SaaS).
Offers a stable work environment backed by decades of industry expertise and a highly skilled leadership team.
Demonstrated growth of 20% in the previous year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, present tailored proposals, and successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outbound initiatives and various lead generation strategies.
- Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospecting to finalizing deals.
- Understand the needs of mid-market prospects and deliver customized solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or Senior Sales Development Representative in the Construction Technology field.
- Experience selling competitive solutions is preferred.
- High level of intelligence and a proven track record of success in sales roles.
Interview Process:
1st: Initial telephone conversation with the Hiring Manager.
2nd: Face-to-face demonstration and sales role play.
3rd: Meeting with the Chief Revenue Officer.
