About the Role:

CHEP is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Pre-Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) global commercial office, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting and operational support to regional sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and standardize technical pre-sales processes within the region, working closely with regional digital enablement leads, country sales teams, product teams, portfolio teams, implementation teams, customer success teams, and venture leads.
  • Contribute to the sales team by qualifying leads and providing IoT, tracking, and item-level asset management expertise to customer engagements.
  • Work with sales teams to drive the pre-sales phase by introducing product/services offerings and providing product demonstrations, including full pre-sales lifecycles from RFI response/requirement analysis to running scoping exercises or engaging in prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements.
  • Ensure that all proposed solutions are commercially viable, working alongside sales, finance, and product teams.
  • Lead the execution of pre-sales for strategic, network-wide opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or general sales in SaaS, technology, or other supply chain solutions.
  • Knowledge of key use case categories, such as Fresh Category, Promotions, Reusable Asset Management and Optimization, or supply chain generally.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and capability transformation experience.
