Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Influencer Marketing Executive with a focus on TikTok to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and enhancing channel performance, including managing commercial KPIs, budgets, and targets.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement influencer strategies across the lifestyle and wellness sectors to boost brand visibility on TikTok.
  • Influencer Recruitment: Lead the process of recruiting and onboarding new TikTok influencers, working closely with regional and central teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the complete relationship lifecycle with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, nurturing connections, and performance assessment.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee influencer contracts, ensuring sustainable relationships with clear expectations that align with the influencer's profile.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events and ad-hoc tasks related to influencer engagement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates to provide insights to the broader team and enhance content output.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the brand team on innovative approaches to influencer campaigns and concepts, integrating them into overall brand strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing or related marketing roles.
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, including talent identification, content creation, and trend awareness.
  • Industry Passion: A strong interest in health, fitness, and wellness sectors.
  • Brand Insight: Understanding of the role influencers play in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation, and driving commercial success.
  • Commercial Insight: Interest in the commercial dimensions of influencer marketing, with proficiency in data management and analysis.
  • Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of executing successful initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working effectively within a team setting.
