Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive Senior Influencer Marketing Executive with a focus on TikTok to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to significantly influence our influencer marketing strategy and propel brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring: Aid in tracking and enhancing channel performance, including managing commercial KPIs, budgets, and objectives.
  • Influencer Strategy Development: Formulate and implement influencer strategies within the lifestyle and wellness sector to elevate brand visibility on TikTok.
  • Influencer Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of new TikTok influencers, collaborating with both local and central teams to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Relationship Management: Manage comprehensive relationships with influencers, encompassing outreach, negotiation, relationship nurturing, and performance assessment.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee influencer contracts, ensuring sustainable relationships with clear expectations that align with the influencer's profile.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events and other tasks related to influencers.
  • Trend Analysis: Remain informed about social media trends and platform updates to provide insights to the broader team and enhance content production.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the brand team to develop creative strategies for influencer campaigns, integrating them into overall brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in influencer marketing or related marketing roles.
  • TikTok Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the platform, including talent identification, content creation, and trend analysis.
  • Industry Passion: A strong enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness sectors.
  • Brand Insight: Understanding of the role influencers play in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation, and driving commercial success.
  • Commercial Insight: Interest in the commercial facets of influencer marketing, with proficiency in data management tools.
