We're seeking an experienced Team Supervisor to join our Out of Hours team, working remotely from home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for setting and communicating operational service standards, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and communicate operational service standards in line with company policy and objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including absences, rotas, and holidays.
  • Identify and agree individual and team service targets and performance objectives.
  • Monitor and review performance indicators, taking action when standards are not met.
  • Establish and implement best operational working practices, policies, and processes.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to review and improve service standards.
  • Measure and report on team performance against client Service Level Agreements.
