We're seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our dynamic team at Headingley Stadium, Leeds. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, creating a positive work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including event setup, staff management, and inventory control.
  • Create a positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with the Senior Management Team and wider hospitality team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain good relations with staff, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure harmonious inter-departmental cooperation.
  • React promptly to any amendments or changes requested on event days.
  • Ensure all function rooms are maintained to a high standard, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in event operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
