Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our Sales and Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Take in-bound enquiries from customers and provide expert advice on our products and services
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
- Be cross-trained across all areas of the sales function
- Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge through self-study and supported development
- Ensure all customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process
- Update the database/CRM with customer records
- Contact potential customers to arrange appointments
- Resolve any sales-related issues with customers
- Provide basic technical assistance to customers calling in with enquiries
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and effective questioning and listening skills
- Ability to work to agreed processes and procedures to deliver daily KPIs
- Consistency and a positive attitude to your working day
- Call centre, customer service or sales experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
