Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Advisor to join our Sales and Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take in-bound enquiries from customers and provide expert advice on our products and services
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and develop new business opportunities
  • Be cross-trained across all areas of the sales function
  • Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge through self-study and supported development
  • Ensure all customers are advised considerately through the decision-making process
  • Update the database/CRM with customer records
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments
  • Resolve any sales-related issues with customers
  • Provide basic technical assistance to customers calling in with enquiries

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and effective questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to work to agreed processes and procedures to deliver daily KPIs
  • Consistency and a positive attitude to your working day
  • Call centre, customer service or sales experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
