Customer Experience Advisor

Distinct Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will be the first point of contact for new members, providing advice and knowledge over the phone to help them feel at ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customer calls and engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs and provide them with help at first point of contact wherever possible.
- Respond to customer emails taking ownership of customer issues.
- A personalised induction and training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role.
- The opportunity to work a nine-day fortnight, earning an extra day off every two weeks.
