About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our global SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation change management team, you will drive business process improvement and change management for a workstream of one of the largest transformations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a change partner and inspire people to adopt and sustain business process improvements
  • Work with leaders to develop a compelling business case for change and transformation
  • Identify and map stakeholders and their interests
  • Develop and execute business process improvement strategies and plans
  • Identify and assess the impact of business process changes on the organization
  • Define personas and map user journeys for business process improvements
  • Define, design, and execute strategic business process improvement interventions
  • Create and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan
  • Support building business process improvement capability and coach project stakeholders
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of business process improvements and transformation strategies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of business process improvement and change management experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in business process improvement and change management
  • Creativity and experience using latest communication tools
  • A passion for business process improvement and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Knowledge of warehouse management processes and exposure to SAP S/HANA highly preferred
