We are in search of a dynamic and driven Customer Consultant who possesses a deep understanding of luxury fashion and lifestyle to enhance our service team. We seek individuals capable of delivering a tailored, exclusive service that aligns with the prestigious brands we represent. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, nurture potential client relationships, and expand our existing customer base while consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships within the END. customer community, driving new connections and enhancing existing ones to meet and surpass sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the store team to maximize sales and elevate the company’s profile.
- Exhibit exemplary service techniques, ensuring excellence in service is the standard.
- Assist in various store operations by maintaining a solid understanding of all service processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about product and merchandising standards, ensuring stock is replenished and visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Share your extensive knowledge of our products and the industry with our clientele.
- Manage all financial transactions with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector or a related field.
- A strong ambition to grow within the retail industry – we are committed to your development.
- A sociable and charismatic demeanor with a natural ability to engage and connect with diverse customer types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
