Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Luxury Retail Advisor, you will provide an extraordinary customer experience while achieving sales and profitability objectives. You will develop a client engagement strategy and collaborate across functions to execute this to the highest standard.

In this role, you will:​

Cultivate and enhance relationships to generate new business, focusing on international, high-potential, and high-net-worth clients. Identify potential events, either in-store or offsite, to expand our client base and proactively engage individuals and corporations. Generate innovative ideas and implement strategies to develop business opportunities and drive productivity, sales, and profitability across owned and concession businesses. Exhibit a commercial mindset and outlook to remain responsive to customer needs, sharing inspiration and fostering a commercial perspective within your immediate and broader team. Monitor customer satisfaction and spending, suggesting enhancements where necessary to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with key stakeholders at store events and through other commercial opportunities. Serve as an ambassador for our Luxury Retail services both internally and externally, representing our brand at public and store events to promote our offerings. Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols. Engage positively with potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on our services, enabling customers to select the most suitable options. Continue to deliver our exceptional service by maintaining customer care, responding to client inquiries, and managing bookings and follow-ups. Responsible for preparing client consultation areas, you will uphold housekeeping standards, returning stock from previous consultations and arranging product options for upcoming clients, ensuring refreshments are ready for their arrival. Work confidently and collaboratively with various departments, striving to deliver exceptional service and standards. Stay informed about the latest trends by seizing every opportunity to expand your product knowledge and remain aware of competitor activities.
