Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our clients' products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Assess: Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and Implement: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our clients' products and processes.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Investigate and Analyze: Investigate and analyze quality issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Train and Educate: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
