Our client, a leading Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team and support the Quality Department in developing systems and processes aligned with their growth strategy.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for auditing production processes, monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve the company's final products and processes to meet established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Auditing production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Supporting Finished Goods Audit processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Preparing and implementing Quality Assurance Policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Working in cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and 8D investigations to identify root causes
  • Creating Training Materials and operating manuals in line with new processes and procedures
  • Participating in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) workshops to identify and mitigate risks
  • Creating Quality Control Plans to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement
  • Familiarity with Lean Tools, 6 Sigma, or Automotive improvement techniques
  • Strong team-working skills across departments
  • Strong knowledge of ISO Systems
  • Demonstrable background in manufacturing businesses with ongoing NPI considerations
