Position: Media Sales Executive (Field Sales Role)

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative sales professional with exceptional business insight and negotiation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in cultivating valuable partnerships. Your role will involve presenting innovative media strategies to your current client base to foster and enhance long-term profitable relationships.
A significant aspect of this position is the independence to establish new business connections. You will be empowered to drive sales by thoroughly understanding the needs of decision-makers and utilizing marketing audience data to propose credible ideas and solutions that lead to inspired, customized media campaigns. You will be accountable for achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs by showcasing our esteemed products and services across both print and digital platforms, thereby maximizing their business potential and ensuring their advertising stands out effectively.
As part of a collaborative sales team based in New Milton, you will share insights and best practices while also managing your own schedule efficiently in the field. Effective and persuasive communication is crucial in this role, along with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of digital systems to facilitate campaign bookings and complete sales transactions.
You will regularly engage with both existing clients and potential new clients to ensure that campaigns and recommendations are aligned with the agreed objectives and deliver a strong return on investment.
