This is a unique opportunity to become a part of JPMorgan in a Jobshare arrangement, where two individuals share the responsibilities of this role. This position is focused on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during daytime hours.

As a Product Manager in the EMEA Payments division, you will be instrumental in the innovation of new product solutions and oversee the complete product life cycle. Your responsibilities will include acting as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that deliver real value, and guiding the successful launch of these products while gathering essential feedback to enhance client experiences. Your commitment to scalability, resilience, and stability will be crucial as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that surpass customer expectations.

The Payments Product Management team is diverse and dynamic, responsible for the strategy, development, and commercialization of payment solutions that JPMorgan offers to clients across 13 EMEA countries.

The Core Cash Product Manager will be accountable for driving the product strategy for EMEA Cross Border payments, overseeing product development, commercialization, and the daily management of the product's performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate extensively with Sales, Service, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, expenses, and pipeline for EMEA Wires, ensuring accurate financial planning and achievement of targets.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Wire Payments across all EMEA regions.
  • Maintain an end-to-end understanding and accountability of payment execution processes.
  • Lead change management initiatives and commercialization activities for product developments.
  • Provide thought leadership to inform our strategy and market positioning.
  • Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement new solutions and enhancements that are globally consistent.
  • Design and deliver internal training and client-facing materials.
  • Identify risks associated with the product and implement programs to mitigate them.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in Payments or Financial Services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage risk effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Service, Operations, and Technology teams.
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions for clients or improving internal processes, including roadmap development and execution timelines.
