About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Reclaim Support professional to join our team at MSXI Global. As a key member of our Warranty team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the identification of component failure rates, root cause analysis, and warranty claim data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, analyze, and report data from various sources to support warranty claims and reclaim processes
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track warranty claims trends and model performance
  • Liaise with engineering and reclaim departments to support parts return processes
  • Identify trends within data sets and forecast reclaim potential and timelines
  • Negotiate with suppliers on warranty reclaim cost levels
  • Provide information on KPIs to improve fix implementation
  • Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly campaign completion reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret data and produce reports
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel, Access, and PowerBi
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive personality
