The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to oversee the coordination of our high-quality outpatient service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Outpatient Manager to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
- Shifts: Early and late shifts covering Outpatients service from 8am to 8pm.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including pension scheme, Private Medical Healthcare, annual leave, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as deputy in the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity of patient care and departmental operations.
- Adhere to NMC Code and mentor junior staff to promote excellence in nursing practice.
- Efficiently manage the department, prioritizing quality nursing care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Consultants and stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and effective communication.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Extensive experience in Outpatients setting with surgical experience.
- Nationally recognized course in Gynae/Colposcopy and Hysteroscopy.
- Practice assessor/supervisor.
