Deputy Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at The London Clinic. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating the provision of high-quality outpatient services in consultation with the Outpatient Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as deputy to the Manager when they are absent, ensuring seamless continuity of care and services.
- Work clinically and adhere to the NMC Code, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Mentor and facilitate junior staff to achieve optimum competence and clinical performance in patient care.
- Ensure the department is efficiently and effectively managed at all times, working collaboratively with senior and junior staff to deliver quality standards of nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with Consultants and key stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Extensive experience working in an Outpatients setting, ideally with surgical experience in Gynaecology, ENT/Dermatology/Orthopedic or Colorectal.
- Nationally recognised course in Gynae/Colposcopy and Hysteroscopy.
- Practice assessor/Supervisor.
