Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Cumbernauld, Glasgow area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of care staff to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in dementia care and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
