Job Summary

Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist, ESD to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in driving sales revenue and providing clinical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving sales revenue inside and outside of the regional territory as directed.
  • Support the clinical demonstration process by direct sales personnel or sales partners as directed.
  • Lead the pre-demonstration process to ensure a successful clinical demonstration process.
  • Act as the primary driver for sales of the Double Balloon Endoscopy (DBE) product line.
  • Provide training and education to customers on the proper use of equipment in the clinical setting.
  • Partner with the Product & Marketing Team to develop educational resources for customers, sales team, and internal support personnel.
  • Support the training of new field sales and support personnel.
  • Perform as the field-based expert on proper reprocessing techniques for use by customers.
  • Support VIP customers as directed.
  • Provide weekly and/or monthly reports to management as directed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales experience or clinical experience desired.
  • Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
