About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Quality and Governance Team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including data collection, report writing, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks for the Quality and Governance Team
  • Support the team in tasks including data collection, report writing, taking minutes, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records
  • Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required
  • Ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained
  • Make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes
Requirements
  • Experience of using Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Proven experience of working in an office environment
  • Able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organization
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work under limited supervision
