Job Title: Adults Team Leader Adult Community Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adults Team Leader to join our Adult Community Services team at Navigocare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and evaluate the Therapy service alongside the AHP lead.
  • Supervise and support a small team of Therapy staff.
  • Hold a caseload of service users, providing specialized assessment, intervention, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • Work alongside the therapy services leadership team to ensure streamlined services across Navigocare.
  • Provide supervision and support to members of the Therapy Team.
  • Support the development of AHP students.
Person Specification:
  • Hold a clean UK driver's license.
  • Experience of working in both acute and community settings.
  • Experience of working in both adult and older adult settings.
  • Experience of working in dementia care.
