Job Title: Adults Team Leader Adult Community Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adults Team Leader to join our Adult Community Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective service development strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of our services.
  • Supervise and support a small team of occupational therapists to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver excellent care.
  • Hold a caseload of service users and provide specialized assessment, intervention, and evaluation of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Work closely with the Allied Health Professional Lead and other stakeholders to ensure a streamlined service for our service users.
  • Provide supervision and support to members of the therapy team.
  • Support the development of Allied Health Professional students.
Person Specification:
  • Hold a clean UK driver's license.
  • Experience of working in both acute and community settings.
  • Experience of working in both adult and older adult settings.
  • Experience of working in dementia care.
