About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market data and customer feedback to shape marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Event Planning: Organize events and coordinate in-store promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.
  • Media Relations: Manage media relations to secure coverage in relevant publications and platforms.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Work with suppliers and partners to leverage resources for enhanced publicity and market share growth.
Requirements
  • Quick Service Restaurant Experience: Strong understanding of the QSR industry, with previous experience or current experience.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Experience in creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Techniques: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Online Presence Management: Expertise in maintaining and optimizing the company's website, social media channels, and email marketing.
  • Budget Management: Ability to oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Product Promotion: Experience in promoting new and existing products through various marketing platforms.
