About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for our mechanical contractor clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to sales and business development, with a focus on ranking opportunities and identifying new markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and provide a targeted approach to finding customers in existing and new markets.
  • Proactively chase targeted customers and identify client needs, with a view to accommodating these through our services.
  • Seek out and complete high-value bids and tenders, and be involved in quotation preparation to ensure quotes meet customer requirements.
  • Operate and maintain a CRM system to track sales activity and pipeline.
Requirements
  • Experience in technical project-based industrial selling, with a proven track record of progressing projects to order placement.
  • Account management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive approach and energy.
  • Proficient IT skills, including written reports and presentation skills.
