We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our digital custody product development efforts. As the Head of Digital Custody Product Development, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital asset custody platform and tokenization strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for digital custody, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy digital custody solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing products and services.
- Collaborate with industry partners and specialists to stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies, informing strategic decisions and product roadmap.
- Work closely with the traditional custody product team to develop a convergence strategy, ensuring a unified product offering and efficient integration.
- Drive change management initiatives, communicating the value proposition and benefits of digital custody to stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal partners.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Global Head of Custody, Head of State Street Digital, and technology, operations, risk, and architecture leads.
- Participate in client calls to represent the development roadmap and work closely with the sales organization to assist in specialist engagements.
- 10+ years of experience in securities services, with a strong background in product development and leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in complex operating environments.
- Deep subject matter expertise in digital and tokenized custody products, with a strong awareness of how these work together with the broader custody product suite.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize new challenges against strategic goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate the organization through the solution delivery cycle.
- Experience working on digital and tokenized platforms, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
