Job Title: Casual Sales Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, offering personalized assistance and advice on products.
  • Sales: Drive sales through understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands, products, and trends to ensure expert advice is provided.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining the store's appearance by organizing displays, ensuring the store is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Stock Management: Support with stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the team to create a positive and productive environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales Driven: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business success.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end fashion environment, is advantageous but not essential.
