**About the Role**

The successful Resident Liaison Officer will be working in partnership with a leading maintenance contractor, a company that is growing and expanding its refurbishment business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company.


**Key Responsibilities**

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for assisting tenants on refurbishment aspects, including new and improved facilities. This will involve working closely with the tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and successful refurbishment process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
