We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Attendance and Office Coordinator to join our team at Protocol Education. As an Attendance and Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting excellent attendance and providing administrative support to our school staff.
Key Responsibilities- Attendance Monitoring and Recording: Accurately monitor and record student attendance in accordance with Government guidelines.
- Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other office-related duties.
- Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with key school staff to promote excellent attendance and provide support as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties as directed by the School Administration Manager, including covering absent colleagues during periods of high pressure.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive and Flexible: Willingness to take initiative, adapt to changing situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, including pastoral and administrative leadership experience.
