We are seeking a dynamic and focused leader to join our team at NFP People as a Volunteer Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, engaging, and training a dedicated team of volunteers who will lend their expertise and passion to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective volunteer recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to equip volunteers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and community partners to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of volunteer programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in volunteer management, community outreach, or a related field
