Job Title: Outreach Engagement Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Engagement Advisor to join our team in Preston. As an Outreach Engagement Advisor, you will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Local Authority, JobCentre Plus, and voluntary/3rd sector services to drive referrals to the programme.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver client contact through engagement events, promoting the programme and driving referrals.
  • Integrate with local community and health organisations to drive referrals and job outcomes.
  • Facilitate welcome sessions for new participants, organise job fairs and local events to drive both referrals and job outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate good news stories of progression and/or sustained outcomes.
  • Broker and manage relationships with wider services interacting with our participants, including offender management, housing, skills, and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) providers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent relationship management skills, strong ability to deliver communications through face-to-face and remote delivery.
  • Ability to travel across the specified areas.
  • Strong understanding of employment services/welfare to work.
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
