About the Role
We are seeking an Internal SAP Consultant to facilitate the global deployment and ongoing enhancement of SAP Success Factors, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners. This position requires a deep understanding of Employee Services processes and workflows, alongside expertise in their effective implementation within SAP and SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, configure, and design existing HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors, while overseeing HR IT services related to these systems.
  • Provide guidance to various departments on best practices for application use, including organizing and conducting workshops for implementation and further development in partnership with specialized departments.
  • Advise and train key users to ensure effective utilization of the systems.
  • Develop concepts and specifications, managing the implementation process, which includes configuration, thorough testing, and documentation.
  • Conduct independent process analyses to identify optimization opportunities, continuously enhancing the user experience of existing applications as part of a collaborative team.
  • In module support, consider upcoming release changes and ensure their seamless integration.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Strategic insight and a high level of innovation willingness.
  • Experience in cross-module implementation within SAP Success Factors.
  • Educational background at the Bachelor's or Master's level in a relevant technical field such as Economics or Business Informatics.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Success Factors, particularly in Employee Central and at least one additional module like Onboarding, Recruiting, or LMS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, demonstrating assertiveness at all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and engage with various stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong capability to work in a goal-oriented, interdisciplinary, and holistic manner.
