Job Description

Culina Group, a leading food and drinks logistics provider, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join its Finance/Projects team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive finance best practices for finance systems, integrations, master data, and access management.
  • Act as the interface between IT and Finance, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the processes, systems, and data standards established during the SAP S4 Hana implementation are fully documented and sustained post go-live.
  • Develop and maintain finance data governance standards, system integration, and access management.
  • Document finance data governance manual, ensuring all data/field interdependencies are recorded.
  • Develop and maintain the SAP S4 user support process, including master data request/create/change process and approvals forms.
  • Ensure a robust and controlled process for data management, including associated tables and integrations.
  • Maintain the integrity of data structure in accordance with governance principles to ensure optimal system and process performance.
  • Assign user access in accordance with the Segregation of Duties policy.
  • Manage period end routines, including batch job scheduling, integrations, and ledger close.
  • Support annual audit and reporting procedures and produce various regular and ad hoc data extractions/reports.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business performance, straight-through processing, and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor future releases and coordinate adoption, testing, and internal training requirements.
Requirements
  • SAP S4 Hana experience, ideally, or SAP as a minimum.
  • Solid foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance, together with data management/analytics.
