Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to join our Finance/Projects team at our Market Drayton site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Finance best practice for our Finance systems, integrations, master data & access management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the processes, systems and data standards established during our multi-wave SAP S4 Hana implementation, are fully documented and sustained post go live to ensure adoption, reliability of service & exploitation of optimisation opportunities.
  • Formulating and documenting finance data governance standards, system integration & access management.
  • Designing and implementing the SAP S4 user support process, including master data request/create/change process, change requests, access provisioning, and data management.
  • Maintaining the integrity of data structure in accordance with governance principles to ensure optimal system & process performance, minimising corrective activities.
  • Providing system support, including configuration or master data, and assigning user access in accordance with the Segregation of Duties policy.
  • Managing period end routines, including batch job scheduling, integrations, and ledger close.
  • Supporting annual audit and reporting procedures and producing various regular and ad hoc data extractions / reports.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance business performance, straight through processing and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitoring future releases and coordinating adoption, testing & internal training requirements.

Requirements:

  • SAP S4 Hana experience ideally, if not SAP as a minimum.
  • Solid foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance together with data management/analytics.
