Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems and Data Manager to join our Finance/Projects team at Culina Group.

As a Finance Systems and Data Manager, you will be responsible for driving finance best practice for our finance systems, integrations, master data, and access management.

You will act as the interface between IT and Finance, ensuring the processes, systems, and data standards established during our SAP S4 Hana implementation are fully documented and sustained post-go-live.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Data Governance

  • Formulate and document governance principles.
  • Document finance data governance manual, ensuring all data/field interdependencies are recorded.

SAP S4 User Support Process

  • Master Data request/create/change process, including approvals forms and document retention.
  • Change Requests.
  • Access Provisioning.

Other Key Accountabilities

Custodian of Finance Master Data

  • Ensure a robust and controlled process for data management, including associated tables and integrations.
  • Maintain the integrity of data structure in accordance with governance principles, ensuring optimal system and process performance, minimizing corrective activities.

System Support

  • Point of contact for Finance configuration or master data following first-line triage.
  • Work with relevant business process owners to coordinate resolutions for any user issues.

User Access Provisioning

  • Assign user access in accordance with the Segregation of Duties policy.

Closing Routine

  • Manage period-end routines, including batch job scheduling, integrations, and ledger close.
  • Support annual audit and reporting procedures and produce various regular and ad-hoc data extractions/reports.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance business performance, straight-through processing, and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor future releases and coordinate adoption, testing, and internal training requirements.
  • Manage all upgrade test procedures and coordinate relevant resources.

Qualifications

To apply for this role, you will possess the following skills, experiences, and qualifications:

  • SAP S4 Hana experience, ideally.
  • Strong self-starter, able to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
  • Clear organization skills and ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Solid foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance, together with data management/analytics.
