About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Land team as a Land Management Graduate Programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing the land rights required to build and maintain our transmission network.

As a Land Management Graduate, you will work closely with our project teams to assess the impact of our infrastructure projects on rural land and businesses. You will also be responsible for negotiating rights over land and property, including wayleaves and options for servitudes or land purchase.

Stakeholder engagement is a critical aspect of this role, and you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including landowners, tenants, and local authorities.

You will be supported in your role with a placement plan, regular meetings with your line manager, and networking opportunities with key business leaders.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum of a 2:2 bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate Management, or Rural Surveying from a RICS-accredited institution
  • Practical work experience that reflects your passion for the energy sector
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a team and using your own initiative to overcome challenges
