We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Renewals Coordinator to join our team at Thames Water. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth execution of our digital renewals and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Track and Monitor Renewals: Ensure all service and software renewals across Thames Digital are started, progressed, and completed within agreed timescales.
- Record and Save Information: Record and save all renewal and request information to agreed audit repository standards.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work seamlessly with internal control, purchasing, and compliance areas to resolve issues, queries, and complete administration tasks.
- Vendor Management: Proactively help resolve issues with vendors regarding payments, purchase orders, company name changes, and other related matters.
- Financial Management: Be accountable for tracking and updating Opex cost centre budget forecasts in a proactive and accurate manner.
- Financial Control: Support the finance lead in ensuring a high level of financial control is in place.
- Procurement and Purchase Orders: Timely and accurately capture and input all information relating to renewals and new requests as part of the shopping cart process to create and issue Purchase orders.
- Digital Mindset: A truly digital mindset, open to collaboration, open to risk, and open to new ways of doing things.
- Data Obsession: Obsessed with data and excellence.
- Problem-Solving: People who think and behave differently to the way we do, who don't want to just be another cog in the machine.
- Administration Experience: Previous or similar experience with administration.
- Task Management: Experience of managing multiple tasks to completion while ensuring a high level of data accuracy to audit and financial standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial Reporting: Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
- SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP would be desirable.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave: Annual leave - 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays).
- Pension Scheme: Contributory pension – Defined Contribution - Maximum of 12% -2x employee contribution.
