Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure they are adhering to CQC guidelines and providing exceptional care to residents.
- Promote and deliver high standards of care, supervising and instructing less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Previous experience working in an elderly care setting.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Dependable and able to work well under pressure.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.05.
- Permanent full-time role with 33 hours per week.
