Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Wigan, Greater Manchester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure they adhere to CQC guidelines and provide exceptional care to residents.
  • Promote and deliver high standards of care, supervising and instructing less experienced staff to enable them to contribute fully to the care provided.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Previous experience working in an elderly care setting.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
Benefits:
