About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain accurate records
  • Recognize and report any concerns or signs of abuse, harm, or neglect
