HR Coordinator - Temporary to Permanent
Compensation:
£16.41 to £17.95 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (30-minute break)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the maintenance of precise HR information and oversee HRSS processes.
2. Manage administrative tasks including training certifications and documentation.
3. Address inquiries from the HR Shared Service inbox.
4. Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
5. Generate and distribute monthly reports.
6. Prepare and revise colleague documentation as necessary.
7. Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to resolve payroll-related queries.
8. Assist HR Business Partners with various ad hoc tasks.
9. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as Wellbeing Week and long service lunches.
10. Facilitate monthly COTQ meetings and manage payment processes.
11. Organize training sessions and assist with password resets for the Skills Hub.
12. Schedule recruitment interviews.
13. Oversee the company car process and liaise with the Facilities Manager.
14. Reset passwords for Colleague Central and provide support for the CC application.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in HR administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solutions-oriented with a proactive attitude
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in an HR role
- Consistent work history
- CIPD Level 3 study is a plus
