We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCo to lead the development of our inclusive education provision. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to take on a key role in supporting students with special educational needs, without taking on a senior leadership position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement effective SEN policies and procedures to ensure students receive the highest quality education and care.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for students with diverse needs.
* Train and supervise a team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to ensure they are equipped to meet students' needs.
* Implement alternative and therapeutic interventions to aid student progression.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Full teaching qualification (QTS).
* Recognised SENCo qualification.
* Background in humanities (preferred but not essential).
