Position Overview

We invite applications for a proactive and skilled Executive Administrative Coordinator to deliver responsive, effective, and high-quality administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership of our Inpatients South Locality CBU. You will collaborate closely with another Executive Administrative Coordinator, providing essential support to the Senior Leadership team.

The successful candidate will offer comprehensive administrative support to Senior Clinical Personnel, including managing schedules, typing documents, and taking live minutes during meetings, alongside established cover arrangements during absences.

The ideal applicant should possess exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational abilities, along with experience in minute taking and a solid understanding of office procedures, including proficiency in IT.

Candidates should meet the necessary qualifications as specified in the Essential Criteria of the Personal Specification or demonstrate relevant administrative experience over the past two years. Failure to meet these criteria may result in not being shortlisted.

  • Proficient in audio typing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous secretarial experience or equivalent is required.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence in utilizing all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Act independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Extensive experience in minute taking.

Additional responsibilities may include ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and updating schedules and duty rosters. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
  • Audio typing qualification or relevant demonstrable experience.
  • Typing/word processing qualification or relevant demonstrable experience.

  • Knowledge or experience in the commissioning of the designated CBU area.
  • Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
