Job Summary:

We Are Acuity is a full-service advertising and marketing agency that provides local business marketing support to brands. We work across all sectors and marketing channels, with a focus on local retailer marketing. As a Strategic Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards and client satisfaction across multiple blue-chip client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client teams on a creative and production level to add value to client projects through strategic direction and thinking.
  • Manage the full life cycle of projects from initial client brief to final delivery, including setting and managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within clients, with a good commercial understanding.
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers and control processes tightly.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Help compile internal reporting to business owners on status, results, and opportunities.
  • Work cohesively with creatives and studio on all aspects of workload.

Team Management:

  • Manage a team of up to 2 Delivery Managers (Account Executives) and be partly responsible for their development.
  • Have good examples of positive collaborative management where you have supported and developed your team.

Client Management:

  • Client management responsibility, including day-to-day project management, management of timings, chairing status meetings, monitoring budgets, and client expectations.
  • Be confident with clients and have a consistent record of taking, interpreting, and delivering projects within agreed timeframes.
